Introducing Me

Born and raised a California I now call Orlando my home. My favorite things to do are travel, read, play tennis, and bake cookies. My childhood heroes are the 1999 US Women's Soccer Team, and my current heroes are Brene Brown, Robin Roberts, Lin Manuel Miranda, and Jameela Jamil just to name a few. I am very passionate about Christmas (or as I like to call it "Kristamas") but my favorite season is summer and you can usually find me near a pool - in the shade.. trying to not get sunburnt. I work for Disney and I love it, but this site is dedicated to what I do when I am not wearing my name tag.

I have always been passionate about self discovery and mental health, but the past year and a half I have really gone head first into the journey. I wanted a place to capture my thoughts and best practices I have gathered over time on a platform that could grow and evolve with me.  Books, videos, podcasts, daily practices and even tweets - they are all fuel ::)
