Brush Teeth
Just do it :)
5K Walk or Run
Rain or shine - I do this every morning and I alternate running and walking every day.
I am lucky to live in a neighborhood where I can do this safely.
If the weather is nice enough, I try and go on a second walk in the evening.
Shower
Even after the walks, Florida humidity is hottttt.

I NEVER used to do this. It has really only been the past year or so, but I now don't leave my room in the morning until my bed is made
Make Breakfast
