My Morning Routine

Wake up between 6:45 - 7:15 a.m.


Listen to Ryan Holiday's Daily Stoic Podcast (2-4 Minutes)

Take Vitamins

I personally take the Olly Women's Daily Vitamin and the Olly Flawless Complexion.


Brush Teeth

Just do it :)


5K Walk or Run

Rain or shine - I do this every morning and I alternate running and walking every day. 

I am lucky to live in a neighborhood where I can do this safely. 

If the weather is nice enough, I try and go on a second walk in the evening.


Shower 

Even after the walks, Florida humidity is hottttt.

Write in Daily Gratitude Journal 

I do this every single morning. If I go on vacation, my journal comes with me.

Make My Bed 

I NEVER used to do this. It has really only been the past year or so, but I now don't leave my room in the morning until my bed is made


Make Breakfast 

Usually Protein Shake. The __ tab has more detail about the protein shake I drink in the mornings.
