Set your Space
- Clear your mind, set music (playlist link), and light a candle
Write It Out
- Divide paper in half
- Left Side titled "Calling in:"
- Right side for "Release"
Write for as long as you need, There is no right or wrong answer or way to do it and no categories are off limits. Sometimes it is something small and simple like "____" and sometimes it is something much more significant like, "____"
Read the "Calling In" Column Out Loud
This part is important - actually saying the things you want to see happen. First, we all read the things we want to call in. I love doing this with 2-4 people (we are even doing it virtually right now on FaceTime) because you can get ideas from each other and it is more powerful when you say it out loud.
Read the "Release" Column Out Loud... AND!
As you read each thing that you want to release out loud, verbally say what you are going to replace it with. For example, if I am wanting to release "anxiety about _____" I might replace that with "trust that ____." It is important
I do not pre-write this part and I actually find it helpful to not think about it until I am actually saying it.
Thank it.. and Burnt It!
Next, you will tear the sheet in half. I personally save all of my "call in" pages in a drawer in my room. Then, channel your Marie Kondo and "thank" the release list. These fears and worries served their purpose and ____.
